The Mortgage Saver Bi-Weekly Payment Program collects ? of the normal payment every two weeks and applies all principal payments on a monthly basis. Customers who enroll in this program achieve accelerated amortization, lower interest costs, reduce their loan term by 5-10 years and dramatically lower their Effective Interest Rate.

With Mortgage Saver you can have your payment automatically deducted from your designated bank account and the funds will be credited to your lender. Most of our clients utilize this program to pay their mortgage but we do have clients who arrange for other bills to be paid through this service.
